🐑 Are we defined by where we are born or where we graze? Since the beginning of humanity, millions of people have walked from one place to another, searching for greener pastures or bluer horizons, whether out of desire or necessity. And in this coming and going, some people nowadays find themselves at the crossroads between urban and rural areas, as if it were possible to draw a border, forgetting at times that these are not separate realities but are interconnected and influence each other. Fortunately, it is increasingly common to find people who are attracted to both worlds and seek to integrate the best of each into their daily lives. That's why we have a wonderful surprise for you in this edition, where we open all our tools for this happy reunion. We are sure you will love it 😜🎁.

📬 About the three fantastic projects you'll find in this newsletter, we wanted to showcase some unique and complementary approaches. A horror short film that shows us that even though landscapes can be beautiful and tranquil, they can also hold mysteries and dangers that require us to be alert; a climate consciousness learning game that encourages us to reflect on the importance of caring for our planet and how we can do so through our everyday actions; and finally, the promotion of a school focused on connecting children with nature that reminds us that the relationship between humans and the natural world should be one of respect, care, and appreciation. Let's get started!

MU 💀🎥

Normal 🫧

😊 Are you a fan of horror movies? Then "MU" is a short film you can't miss! It's an intimate rural horror story that will keep you on edge from the first minute.

🐮 The story revolves around a country boy who lives isolated with his father in the mountains. During the summer, he enjoys the company of his best friend, a dairy cow, until she contracts a terminal illness. He wants to take care of her until the end, but his father doesn't listen and sacrifices her. Ten years later, when the father is seriously ill, the traumatized young man starts treating him like a cow to have the farewell he was denied.

✊ This short film was born from two recently founded independent production companies and film services by young entrepreneurs who believe that classic narrative stories can be seen from a different perspective. 🌍 Suitable for all ages starting from 12 years old, the game can be used in both formal and non-formal educational settings and is also an interesting tool for intergenerational board game associations.

👁️ If you also believe that it is important to adopt urgent measures to combat climate change and its effects, and to ensure sustainable modes of consumption and production, there are several reward options for supporting the project, ranging from acknowledgments to obtaining a unit of the game at a special price, obtaining a t-shirt, a book or even a game workshop.
